Active Debt Counselling renders professional Debt Counselling Services and assists the consumer with the Debt Review process as laid down by the National Credit Act.

If, after all basic living expenses have been paid, you find yourself unable to meet your monthly financial obligations under all credit agreements, you may apply to a debt counsellor to be placed under debt review. However, please note that in terms of section 86(2) of the act, an application for debt review may not be made in respect of any credit agreements where the credit provider has taken steps to enforce the agreement.
