The file will by default be saved in a Text CSV file format. It will then be automatically be opened in your system's default text editor (for example, "Notepad").



Note the Comma option must not be selected if your Systems default digit separator is set to comma (e.g. 1,000.00) This will result in the amounts being displayed in two separate columns, for example 1 in a column and 000.00 in a separate column.
