The "Debtor listing - Credit control listing (Credit limit vs Current balance) as at..." report will list the Account code, Name of the Debtor (account description), Postal address, Telephone 1 / 2, Credit limit, Current balance and the Available balance as at the date and time of printing this report. 

Report options

To print a Debtor listing - Credit control listing (Credit limit vs Current balance) as at... report:

1.On the Reports ribbon, select Reports → Debtors → Listing.  The "Contacts" report options will be displayed.

2.Select the "Credit control listing (Credit limit vs Current balance) as at" report.

3.Select the following: 

a)From ... To... - Select a debtor (customer / client) account or a range of debtor (customer / client) accounts, to include in the report.

b)Sequence - Select "Debtor code Description, Credit limit" or "Disabled" to print the report details in the order (sort) in which you wish to display the data.

c)Show contact details - You may select this option to view the postal address, delivery address, telephone numbers, Fax number, email address, website and more for each debtor (customer / client) account.

d)Reporting group 1 - Select a reporting group or more reporting groups. The report will only be printed for those debtor (customer / client)  accounts linked to the selected Debtor reporting group 1.

4.Click on the OK button.

Negative amounts in the Available column, prefixed with a minus sign (-), indicates that the debtor (customer / client) account(s) are exceeding the credit limit. This probably need some attention:

Credit limit is not entered, or may need to be increased on the Accounting information tab - Debtors (Action ribbon).

The debtor (customer / client) account(s) are in arrears. You may need to send statements, reminders, etc. to receive outstanding payments debtors (customers / clients) before allowing further sales to these debtors (customers / clients). You may disable these debtor (customer / client) account on the Accounting information tab - Debtors (Action ribbon).

Check in the receipt batches for any payments received that is not posted. 

Check for credit notes that is not posted.

Block the account from further posting. Debtor (customer / client) accounts may be disabled the Accounting information tab - Debtors (Action ribbon). Blocked accounts will not be available for selection when processing transactions in batches and or documents. These disabled (blocked) accounts will still be available to print and include in reports.

The Contacts: name of the contact person will only be displayed, if the contact is selected on the "Contactperson" field of the debtor (customer / client) account.
