Currencies allows you to add / edit / delete the currencies.

You may process Multi-currency documents (i.e. invoices, credit notes and quotes for debtors (customers / clients) or purchases, supplier returns and orders for creditors (suppliers).

You may (once currency or currencies are added) select a currency when processing documents. 

The selected currency will be printed in the document layout files.


You may print a list of Currencies in the Reports → Currencies.

To add currencies: 

  1. On the Setup ribbon, select Setup → Currencies

  1. Click on the add icon to create a new record.
  2. Enter the description, currency symbol and currency rate.
  3. Click on the save icon.
