Currencies
Currencies allows you to add / edit / delete the currencies.
You may process Multi-currency documents (i.e. invoices, credit notes and quotes for debtors (customers / clients) or purchases, supplier returns and orders for creditors (suppliers).
You may (once currency or currencies are added) select a currency when processing documents.
The selected currency will be printed in the document layout files.
You may print a list of Currencies in the Reports → Currencies.
To add currencies:
- On the Setup ribbon, select Setup → Currencies.
- Click on the add icon to create a new record.
- Enter the description, currency symbol and currency rate.
- Click on the save icon.
